“Coney Detroit” Book Release!

The long awaited release of Coney Detroit, Joe Grimm (formerly of the Detroit Free Press) and Katherine Yung’s definitive history of the Detroit Coney Island tradition, is here! The initial publishing order has been increased by 33% and, what’s more, Barnes & Noble is carrying the book regionally.

“Paper Dolls” by Matt Richmond

I was invited to the opening of Matt Richmond’s “Paper Dolls” exhibit at the Valentine Vodka Co. in Ferndale. Matt’s art is a unique experience that is positively made to be photographed, consisting of live exhibits featuring models dressed in stylish clothing made completely of paper.
